RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maximizing quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned products within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales calls to promote and service assigned products and services to existing, potential and competitive customers.
  • Handle and coordinate most sales and marketing activities to maximize Medtronic revenue within your assigned territory.
  • Provide on-going field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution, pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
  • Complete administrative reporting as assigned, expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners.
  • Act as a role model through providing superior service to customers.
  • Share experience with team members to achieve team goals.
  • Cost effectively manage time and company assets.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Medical / Pharmacy / Nursing / Science / Business
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical field
  • Candidate with lower education level but more sales experience in medical industry will also be considered
  • Experience in medical device is preferable
  • Conceptual / Consultative sales skills
  • Ability to absorb complex technical product knowledge
  • Ability to work with others to accomplish team objectives
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
