The Barracuda Networks Team is establishing a new Inside Sales Center, located in Hong Kong and we are seeking talented, motivated sales leader who thrive in quick sales cycle environment to manage our Inside Sales team.
This fast-paced role is focused on growing our SMB & Mid-Market customer base through expansion and acquisition net-new customers.
Responsibilities for this position will include assisting in the hiring and leading a new team focused on driving new business sales, working with existing and new channel partners and driving outbound calls and emails to new and existing customers;
with the following performance objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
Act as a strong sales leader for Barracuda Networks in APAC to maximize revenue opportunities across the region and develop the region’s channel business.
Develop and manage sales forecasts via SalesForce.com in line with set targets, strategic plans, and operating budgets.
Responsible for achieving monthly / quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting and sales skills.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel and partners to identify and close joint opportunities.
Set strategy and tactical approach for maximizing renewals for your specified territory and teams.
Engage with colleagues in other geography inside sales teams to learn and share process and methodologies.
Ensure systems are maintained and updated with up to date customer information.
Have a thorough understanding of products, pricing and the competition.
Work collaboratively with all internal organizations to ensure that effective, consistent communication is maintained and company goals are understood and met
Work closely with team members and assist with coverage when deemed necessary to meet team key performance indicators
Ability to set stretching goals and manage deliverables and priorities.
Provide performance management oversight, to ensure our teams are inspected, targeted, measured and held accountable for deliverables.
Inspiring & motivating others through well-executed communications and ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Improve performance through a focus on people and organizational development, as well as talent attraction, succession planning and retention of Barracuda talent.
Valid Work Permit to work in Hong Kong
Strong English Language Skills, both written and spoken English
Mandarin business level language, written and spoken an advantage
3+ years of sales, renewal or account management experience
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
Drive, conscientiousness and perseverance to conduct outbound sales contacts daily.
Team oriented with ability to succeed.
Experience using Salesforce.com as CRM is a plus.
Experience in managing or coaching.
Experience working in a business of both End User Touch end user sales combined with a strong channel sales background.
Good understanding of the E-Mail Security markets.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
