Main Responsibilities :

Supervision of the team to support for Equities, Fixed Income, Forex Exchange, Treasury, Credit and Hybrid Products.

Provide Trade Support oversight to deliver operational efficiency in securing the booking for all transactions processed by Traders, within the scope of monitored books.

The scope can be extended to specific situations where applicable, including transfers of desk activities to and from other Natixis Global Markets international locations and Head Office.

Promote a strong and reactive performance culture within the Trade Support production chain

Develop strong relationships with the Front Office desks

Ensure the best quality of service is delivered to the Trade Support clients, i.e. Front Office Traders, Sales whilst ensuring Natixis internal frameworks and policies are adhered to

Team management in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Bangalore team

Required Skills :

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance / Economic or related discipline.

Product knowledge in derivatives of Equity & Fixed Income, but not limited to other financial products

Good understanding of Front to Back operation flow.

Understanding of the SFC’s Statements of Principles, Rules & Code of Practice

Skills in writing VBA / Excel Macro.

Proficiency in Sophis, Summit, and Murex as advantages

A good team player, proactive and able to take multi-tasks and work under pressure, excellent communication skills
