In this role, you will perform Document Retrieval, Customer & Account Information Maintenance, Returned Mail Handling Account Opening and Cross Team support to the Department including but not limit to Operations Support Centre, Account Investigation, Bank Confirmation, Imaging, and Card Application Processing.

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

  • University graduated
  • 1 year of working experience in banking industry but not a must
  • Knowledge in card products and operation workflow is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good team player
  • Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Excel, Word
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Assistant.
