depth Asian know-how and expertise. Position OverviewThe DDMC Fortis Operations Department is responsible for planning and overseeing the operational delivery of AFC’s commercial rights (for sponsor and media partners) at all AFC matches and tournaments.
This role will be responsible for managing the overall operations delivery budget, handling the financial and administrative processes for the Operations Department as well as streamlining and coordinating communication with the Finance, Legal and HR departments.
The position will also contract-manage several important operations suppliers and play a key role in operational planning.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Supporting the EVP Operations on general planning and integration projectsStructuring and monitoring the overall operations delivery budgetProviding detailed financial and performance reviews to the EVP Operations and Management BoardPreparing cash-
flow projections for the Management BoardAnalysing key areas for potential savings and cost efficienciesBeing responsible for all financial and administrative processes for the departmentWorking closely with senior operational staff to monitor financial expenditures and manage suppliers’ invoicesProcessing agreements between suppliers, operations and the Legal department, making sure that contracts are finalized in an efficient mannerDirectly contract-
manage several key suppliers, including budget, payment management, review of financial reportsRequired Knowledge, Skills & Experience 5-
