  • Reporting to Director should perform all-rounded HR functions, including talent recruitment, payroll, administration of C&B policies, MPF and tax issue, reward and recognition, performance evaluation, employee relations and communication, HR information system maintenance, and other ad hoc HR operating policies and procedures
  • Review and update all HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company’s current and future business strategies and local laws / regulations, and benchmarked with the market’s best practice
  • Lead and supervise a team in providing HR support to the Company, provide comprehensive HR advice and services including manpower planning, employee rewards & performance management, employee training and development
  • Organize staff training programs, workshops and activities
  • Provide advice and counseling to line managers and employees on staff related matters
  • Provide value-adding HR & Office Administration services and lead any other related projects as assigned
  • Form 5 or above
  • Over 8 years related experience including at least 5 years in managerial position, having fashion retail chain experience is preferable
  • Well versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
  • Highly motivated, independent, proactive, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Have knowledge / experience in people development and assessment tools
  • Process excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
