The Job :

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the IT business in

Application Development area, especially for Pension Services :

l Working with Business Analysts to develop software packages to support the

implementation of projects related to Pension Services

l Liaise with stakeholders to establish a design, technology, product development and

vendor strategy

l Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.

l Lead the Application Development team and / or sub-contractors to develop the features to

meet business needs

l Oversee the project progress and ensure deliverables are meeting with expectation and

required standard within allocated budget and schedule

l Keep abreast with the trend and development in the industry and optimize the Application

Development methodology and process

l Frequent travelling may be required

The Person :

l Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

l A minimum of 10 years experience in IT profession with a minimum of 7 years experience

in management level

l Possesses certificate in PMP or PRINCE 2 or Agile

l Extensive exposure in IT outsourcing business and familiar working under matrix project


l Experienced in delivering large scale development projects

l Knowledgeable and experienced in managing projects using standard development

methodologies and best practices

l Technical knowledge of bespoke enterprise system applications will be an added


l Effective verbal and written communication in English

l Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills

l Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
