Meaning Job From Day One

  • Manage supply chain inventory levels and replenishments through monitoring warehouses’ inventory levels and requirements, constructing replenishment orders from production facilities to meet Supply Chain Planning targets;
  • including inventory investment, customer service levels and transportation efficiencies.

    Manage container importation including securing proper documentation for customs and clearing customs, verifying receipt of goods and make all appropriate entries into the supply chain system

    Customer service activities including order processing, verifying stock availability and working with Sales and customer to adjust orders as needed

    Coordinate delivery and picking with warehouse provider to fulfill orders and generate invoices

    Coordinate special projects with 3PL warehouse e.g. stamping, repacking and adhoc projects

  • Conduct ongoing reconciliations and audits to insure warehouse reported inventory values balance to BF’s SAP book inventory records.
  • Manage relations with warehouse service providers including processing invoices and payments to providers

    Manage export process for customers outside of Hong Kong (China and other North Asia markets). This includes taking and entering orders, producing invoices and other required documentation, coordinating export with the warehouse and freight forwarder and clearing export customs

    Manage Inventory receipt and inventory adjustments of Singapore warehouse.

    Your Profile

    Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business plus 3-5 years of relevant business experience with multi-national company.

    Solid analytical and planning skills, hands on, strong business knowledge preferably with a FMCG company

    Solid experience in handling dutiable goods

    Ability to manage business processes and troubleshoot issues that may arise

    Superior oral and written communications skills including fluency in the English and Cantonese languages

    Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    Strong PC skill and experience with mainframe computer applications in supply chain management preferably in an SAP environment.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional areas

    Proactive thinker who gets things done using initiative and practical thinking
