Job Description :
Title : E-Banking Support (US Based Bank)
Monitor Onboarding process, update the tracking sheet on daily basis and take appropriate action.
Provide pre and post Implementation support and ensure customers are comfortable to transact on e-banking platform. Give follow up calls to customers.
Handle customersâ inquiries relating to cash payments and provide technical supports if needed.
Requirements : Higher Diploma or above
Higher Diploma or above
High accuracy in work and attention to details
Able to work under pressure and fast learner
Fresh Graduate will be also considered
Salary : 20K / Month
Working Hour : 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
