About the Position

Jane Street is growing, and we're hiring exceptional Coordinators to join our Recruiting team in Experienced Hiring and University Recruitment.

You’ll be part of an energetic, tight-knit group supporting the firm’s expansion by identifying, attracting, and hiring outstanding future colleagues.

We are looking for smart, organized, enthusiastic new or recent graduates who want to find solutions to all sorts of interesting problems.

You should have a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude, and an inclination to proactively volunteer to help wherever needed.

We expect that there will be a lot to learn, but you should be excited to dive in, humble about what you don’t know, and eager to ask questions and seek out feedback and input from others.

The time and energy you invest will be reciprocated as we teach you the ins and outs of recruiting at Jane Street.

Our onboarding process is run by seasoned team members, and focuses on learning about both our big picture recruiting strategy and the ways in which we apply that thinking to our day to day workflows.

We’ll offer insight into how we create an incredible candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from planning and executing events and programs, to streamlining our interview processes and coordinating with our global team to ensure continuity.

As you become more tenured, we’ll continue to support your personal and professional development through hands-on training and mentorship.

About You

  • 1+ year of professional recruiting experience
  • Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills, and an appreciation for how much getting the little things right matters
  • Motivated self-starter who is comfortable balancing several projects and priorities
  • Unafraid to ask for help or ask questions when needed
  • Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Fluency in English required
