Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Secretary of the Board of Directors regarding the administrative issues, including but not limited to meeting arrangement, taking meeting minutes, consolidating company reports and ensure all related matters are properly followed.
  • Responsible for the administrative matters regarding the companies in which the Company has shareholding, including but not limited to communicate with those companies, collect information and prepare materials for management reference and provide administrative support as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Prepare business reports when necessary.
  • Ensure all records are under proper management.
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial industry
  • Having experience in the running / working for the Board of Directors an advantage
  • Good language ability in both English and Chinese, especially in writing report and taking minutes
  • Independent and willing to take up new challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the application of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent Putonghua is a must
