PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :
Regional Social / Advocacy (25%)
Work out the regional social and advocacy strategy and executional plan
Identity the right social community to cater different business objectives
Build and maintain good relationship with influencers
Work with all markets to deliver the best-in-class results to drive product consideration among target consumers
Deliverables tracking and performance analysis
Talents / Celebrities (20%)
Identify the right talents for global / regional / local campaigns / events, manage the negotiation process and maximize the ROI
China-related Project Management (15%)
Work closely with China team across PR, own / earned social, influencers, event, etc.
Manage the timeline for major campaigns / projects
Enhance the effectiveness of communications and ways of work between regional and China team
Understand the needs of China team and provide the best support in collaboration with CKI
Content Management (10%)
Work closely with CKI and Regional Merchandizing team to gather detailed product information and big ideas, develop all seasonal write-ups with copywriters and align with CKI, to ensure consistent message delivery to every direct and distributor market.
Manage regional samples order, delivery, rotation and shooting, and look book order placement
Manage press list and influencer list
Press Management (10%) :
Build and manage media relationship, proactively identify opportunities to extend press coverage on social channels
Host press presentation, media tour, media store visit, etc.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver press materials for markets.
Handle requests on sample loan and shooting
Data analysis, consolidate materials for presentations and reports.
Administrative Support : (10%)
Work closely with Legal Department for contract and related documents follow-ups.
Monitor expenses, including invoice processing, tracking, and consolidation with financial reports on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience : 8+ years of experience in PR / Fashion / Watch & Jewelry / Accessories PR / Marketing
Education : University graduate in Communication / Marketing or Business related studies
Experience fashion / fashion related PR / PR agency / Social agency
A team player with strong multitasking ability
Strong communication skills
Well organized, self-driven, creative and attention to details
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
