GJFA of this role will be further evaluated according to the development of impact


  • Business transformation : Co-lead & drive HK transformation together with Head of IM HK to achieve $200M aspiration by 2025, from previously low single digit growth (CAGR 5%) to double-digit growth (CAGR 13%)
  • Strategic planning : Coordinate with LT and to draw IM HK overall strategy and blueprint 2023 2025
  • Field excellence : Lead head of FE to maximize field team full potential, including field force territory design, target allocation, incentive design, and capability building
  • Marketing excellence : Lead marketing excellence initiatives to enhance marketer capability building as well as leading company budget planning process, IPS review and POA review.
  • Digital transformation : Lead digital initiatives to transform organization toward customer centric with NGE (next generation engagement)
  • Growth in China GBA : Lead GBA initiatives and maximize GBA opportunity through closely collaborating with mainland china team
  • Growth in retail : Manage retail channel and explore retail opportunities as the new growth drivers to support 2025 aspiration
  • Growth in distributor : Manage distributor business for non-target hospitals and explore new distributor collaboration model, including Macau business that currently under distributors
  • Ophtha & mature product P&L : Lead Ophtha and mature product sales and marketing team with full P&L responsibility

    Minimum Requirements

    Key Experience & Success Profile :

  • Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • At least 10 years of working experiences in the healthcare industry
  • Familiar with HK medical ecosystem and business model
  • Top consulting company experience is a plus
  • Sale and marketing experience in top pharma MNC is a plus
  • Leadership Expectation :

  • Modeling and quantifying business and investment cases with high uncertainty
  • Strong in strategic thinking and planning
  • Strong in numbers and analytics
  • Knowledge of current and future Greater China and Hong Kong business trends
  • Assessing impact of changes on the HCS
  • Knowledge of understanding and knowing how to address the challenges in the healthcare environment
