Duties :

  • Report to Human Resources Manager
  • Manage all round HR & admin. tasks including recruitment, payroll, MPF
  • Assist in sourcing potential office space
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Min. 3 years relevant exp. in an administrative and secretarial capacity, working experience in either business administration, accounting, HR or company secretarial field will be treated as advantages
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • More experience will be considered as Senior post
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office application. e.g. MS Word, Chinese Word-processing, etc.
  • Stable working record & Immediate availability will be a plus
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
