Retail Distribution - Wealth Sales Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers.

With more than 280 branches and service outlets, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Investment Sales Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist in driving the wealth sales business by implementing and reviewing various sales plans programs and business initiatives so as to achieve the assigned AOP sales targets
  • Assist in analyzing market intelligent and tailoring needs-based sales program to drive productivity
  • Participate in various projects to streamline the wealth sales work flow and raise the customer experience
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with Bank policy standards and regulatory requirements
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities
  • Minimum of 2 years' sales management and planning experience in wealth products
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
