  • Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming calls from affluent segment customers and deliver good customer service to ensure a superior Citibanking experience to our customers
  • Handle inquiries and transactions on banking, investment products and credit card products
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate
  • Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives
  • Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical / subject area
  • Good understanding of how the team Integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
  • Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity
  • Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or above with 2 years customer service experience in the horizon of bank's banking and credit card products
  • Good customer service skill and good team player
  • Customer service oriented and good problem / complaint handling skill
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Willing to work on shift duty
  • Has relevant professional qualification (e.g. passed HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3) will be an advantage
