Job Purpose (Job Summary) :
Work as product generalist that helps to cover all asset classes including fixed-income, equity, multi-assets and alternatives;
help coordinating all Asia ex-Japan constituents including sales and product development teams
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
Builds strong, effective relationships with sales force supporting their efforts to execute an effective sales strategy for all IVZ capabilities
Key conduit between sales team and investment teams, with primary focus on offshore investment centers, in order to contribute to closing sale opportunities and increasing AUM
Conduit to ensure that the available resources and global infrastructure at Invesco is properly employed to support sale teams
Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations and competitive analysis on Invesco capabilities to support opportunities in Asia ex-Japan
Organize the training sessions for sales teams on key investment capabilities based on the demands in the region
Work Experience / Knowledge :
2- 5 years’ experience with good investment knowledge and definable investment acumen
Retail and institutional client experience is a plus

Team player who is comfortable in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Formal Education : (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
Master’s degree (or equivalent educational qualification) in finance, economics, math or other business-related field of study preferred or equivalent years of direct experience required.
Working Conditions :
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon projects or assignment and after hours work will be necessary
Some requirement for international travel to build relationships with internal sales and external client base for the distribution of products in all asset classes
