About the Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is an opportunity lead and meeting generation role working in concert with FTI account management teams and direct sales professionals.
Working from our internal databse and CRM system, as well as publicly available information from customer web sites, industry associations, and business intelligence services, the SDR will call targeted customer contacts to introduce our solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the direct sales professionals.
FTI’s Technology segment provides comprehensive eDiscovery software and services, therefore it is not expected that the SDR will close new deals over the phone.
