Process data entry into the ERP system to create PI & PO.
Prepare and confirm the purchase orders, make shipment arrangements and keep track of the delivery.
Prepare the analysis and summary report.
Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Form 5 or above
At least 2 years solid working experience in garment merchandising or purchasing, preferably in trim products industry
Energetic, good negotiation skills and able to work under a fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Mature, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of English and PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
