Maintain customers’ loyalty through telephone contact
Promote aftersales service campaign through telemarketing services
Handle customers' telephone enquiries on vehicle servicing or related issues
To work with internal departments to reply customers’ enquiries
High School Graduates / Diploma or above
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in call center operations or customer service
Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone manner and knowledge in PC applications
Experience in automotive industry or knowledge of vehicle services is advantageous
Proactive with good problem solving and customer service skills
Have a valid driving license is preferable
