Responsibilities :

  • Maintain customers’ loyalty through telephone contact
  • Promote aftersales service campaign through telemarketing services
  • Handle customers' telephone enquiries on vehicle servicing or related issues
  • To work with internal departments to reply customers’ enquiries
  • Requirements :

  • High School Graduates / Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in call center operations or customer service
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manner and knowledge in PC applications
  • Experience in automotive industry or knowledge of vehicle services is advantageous
  • Proactive with good problem solving and customer service skills
  • Have a valid driving license is preferable
