The appointee is required to travel to the site frequently and station occasionally in the Guangdong province.
A good honours degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines and full membership of HKIE / similar professional bodies, with a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as Green Card ) issued by the organisations recognised by the Commissioner for Labour, and at least 15 years’ relevant working experience in leading large-
scale building projects, preferably in the Mainland China. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) as well as good analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
Substantial experience in higher educational institutions and / or experience in managing government subvention projects, and ability to use AutoCAD and Revit are preferred.
Candidates with 10 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment at Manager level.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
