Team Head, Credit Administration | Corporate Banking

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and review facility letter, loan and security documents
  • Review and comment facility and security documentation prepared by legal counsel
  • Ensure security and facility documents are executed in accordance with the Bank's prevailing policies and guidelines
  • Review credit limit of borrowers and other relevant information to ensure proper input in the system
  • Perform supervisor release of the transactions completed by the users in the system
  • Monitor the submission of credit data of SME borrowers to CCRA and CRA
  • Prepare, update and check reports (monthly / quarterly) for the relevant department / management
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of work processes and system functions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project team and external vendor for system development and enhancement
  • Rationalize work procedure and monitoring reports compiling of the section and update CAS guidelines
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of credit administration / loan documentation experience with at least 5 years at supervisory level
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and non-standard loan documentations is a MUST
  • Hands-on experience in credit control and monitoring functions
  • Experience in participating in work process / system enhancement projects as a Subject Matter Expert is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
