  • Contribute to the growth of respective product franchises by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products
  • Propose and implement 360 marketing plan for products
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations
  • Prepare marketing proposal and evaluation report to regional and global office
  • Ensure sales forecast accuracy for respective product franchises
  • Manage A&P budget for new product launch and re-push campaign to maximize ROI
  • Interact effectively with other functions (including PR, CRM and Digital) and departments (including Sales, Training and Logistics) to support marketing objectives
  • Execute the local adaptation of creative materials

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years Product Marketing experience in beauty retail industry
  • Detail-minded, result-driven and self-motivated individual
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Computer literacy and numerically intelligent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Close to consumer trends and have a passion for luxury retail and beauty industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
