The incumbent will be responsible for generating interest, awareness and attendance for the Park as well as coming business projects by engaging both local and overseas tourists at every touch points including but not limited to traditional media, online platforms, targeted collaterals and promotions.

He / she will also lead and manage Smart Fun Club membership program as a key business driver to drive visits and spending by effective CRM strategies including identifying useful insights and trends from CRM data for effective CRM campaign planning and member segmentation.

In addition, he / she has to further strengthen one of the Park’s core values Conservation & Education by promoting numerous learning experiences to engage with different stakeholders and make the Park to be an ideal destination for gaining inspiring experience with education and fun.


  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • With at least 12 years’ experience in marketing / brand management experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality or FMCG sectors
  • Sold experience in leading large scale marketing programs, integrated communication, digital marketing, media plans and word of mouth / KOL engagement marketing
  • Fluent in CRM technology
  • Excellent project management skills, work in a fast pace, dynamic and competitive environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
