Head of Corporate Digital Commercial Banking Global Liquidity and Cash Management Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-

made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Corporate Digital .

Principal responsibilities

  • Formulate the overall digital strategy and client experience for our Commercial Banking and Global Banking customers
  • Lead and drive actions to develop and optimize appropriate digital platforms development and usage. Providing excellent user experience to service and engage customers usage across all digital platforms and channels including mobile banking
  • Lead the team to build and develop, as well as enhancing our corporate customer digital experience
  • Drive innovation and new digital ideas on enhancing our corporate customers experience
  • Manage the performance of all our digital platforms with agreed key performance indicators and responsible for the delivery of the related indicators
  • Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years’ digital development or digital sales or relevant experience in commercial business
  • Strong digital sales and customer engagement experience preferable with commercial banking background
  • Sound leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Sound communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
