We are implementing change and transforming Human Resources (HR) to be better positioned to provide professional support and leadership in human capital management in the increasingly challenging and competitive markets our Company operates in.

What You’ll Do

You will assist in the development, implementation and communication of total rewards and mobility programs across the Company.

You will act as a primary contact of other HR units to continuously improve our processes, programs and systems and tackle cross-

functional issues as they arise.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Provide first line of support to HR Business Partners and Recruiters in supporting market data requests, benchmark analysis and other compensation related requests
  • Assist in the compensation and benefits survey submissions and market benchmarking process and analysis to help identify trends in the market place and to inform Company’s positioning
  • Participate in the annual compensation review processes such as merit planning, bonus allocations Prepare management analysis and reporting for internal partners and stakeholders
  • Support international assignment deployment and analyses
  • Demonstrate familiarity of HR / Company practices, policies and guidelines with focus in the compensation and benefits arena
  • Ensure highest level of data integrity and accuracy across all data reporting and analytics
  • Support team in completing special projects as required
  • Who You’ll Work With

    Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards & Mobility. Providing a consultative and data support to HR Business Partners to support business unit HR needs.

    Who You Are

    As a technical partner, supports the business in its compensation and benefits, and HR operations requirements and closely monitors the accuracy and efficiency of the unit.
