The Position

The Regional Controller Richemont Functions is responsible for the financial monitoring of APAC Richemont Functions with key focus on the annual budget, rolling forecasts and latest estimates, strategic plans, financial KPIs, office & facilities investment requests and cashflow management.

This position reports to the Head of FP&A - Richemont Functions Asia Pacific, while working closely with market controllers in 4 other APAC markets and diligently supporting the APAC Richemont Function team heads in the financial management of Richemont Functions costs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Owner of the APAC Richemont Functions budget and forecast processes, define deliverables in different phases during budget process for APAC markets and act as key contact with APAC market controllers to drive financial planning and monitor of financial targets / KPIs.

2. Monitor cost trends across markets, analyse financial impacts of budget / forecast deviations, and recommend corrective cost management measures.

3. Manage & review office & facilities investment request and approval.

4. Promote financial discipline within the Richemont Functions teams, ensure quality of the financial forecasts and compliance of corporate finance policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University graduate of reputable tertiary educational institute
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Controlling / FP&A.
  • Work experience in matrix organization is highly valued; experience in retail industry is an advantage.
  • Skills

  • Strong technical skills in managing high volume data complexity
  • Highly process-driven and systematic in approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well knowledge in MS Excel is a must
  • Knowledge in SAP / SAC systems will be an advantage
  • Competence

  • High level of personal integrity and motivation, trustworthy and reliable
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Good mental agility and able to sort out priorities from complexities
  • Able to deal with ambiguities, flexible and able to deliver under fast changing and dynamic market conditions
