Bachelor or Master degree preferred
Familiar with CTI, IT solution and Contact Centre Business is essential
Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
A self starter who has initiative, is aggressive and is results-oriented.
An ability to work in a fast paced environment and to work under pressure
