The role will be reporting Group Director of Marketing Operations and responsible for coordinating overall Marketing Communications across the Group, working closely with the banner Retail Marketing teams to build TOMA for all banners, Banner Marketing teams to maximise brand awareness and Corporate Comms team to ensure brand protection.
Provide guidance and support the development of country PR programs.
Develop and execute Marketing CSR plans, aligned with DFG CSR strategy.
Deliver Messages through more controlled vehicles eg social media, events / stunts
Primary responsibilities include : Product range launches eg. Mono Prix, 7 Café etc. (focus on new and exclusive)Press releasesMedia drop offsSocial media posts etc.
Stunt / Event ManagementBig promotional events launchesSupport for Anfield LaunchNew OB product ranges, extensions and rehits eg.
MeadowsBrand relaunch media eg. Relaunch of GiantNew concept media and event management eg. New Upscale, Tornado PlusDevelop social media plan and platforms for each banner
Oversee and monitor the performance of third parties and PR agents by measuring their KPI, quality and outcome to ensure the marketing programs and campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media and Advertising or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in PR agency or internal client Comms role
Solid experience in Marketing Comms; with regional media planning experience is highly preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of social media management
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate and proactive on taking initiatives in media and campaign implementation with demonstrated ability in planning and negotiation
Able to manage multi-task in fact-paced environment and build close relationship with stakeholders across the company
