Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
Responsible for pre-training and post-training preparation, such as enrolment & attendance, venue setup, facilities and equipments, training materials and evaluation, etc.
Maintain the latest version of all training modules and update as required.
Provide administrative support to the team to effective the training functions, including but not limited to calendar update, payment and expenses management, materials stocking and travel arrangement, etc.
Compile various training reports for management review
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
1 year of training administration experience, preferable gained from retail industry
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
