What you'll do :
Handle a range of legal work, include drafting, reviewing legal documents and supporting contracts negotiation process for different departments
Fostering compliance by enforcing internal policies and procedures from a legal perspective
Advise the company on a wide range of regulatory and commercial legal issues
Assist the Senior Managers to provide support to business units and management on complex and sensitive legal matters, such as dispute resolution and prevention, risk assessment, partnerships, investment, new markets entries etc
Act as a liaison to interact with external legal counsels and regulatory authorities
Keeping abreast of current law knowledge and regulations relevant to the company’s development and needs
Conduct legal research and assist in legal administrative tasks
What we seek :
Degree holder in Legal (e.g. LLB) or equivalent
At least 4 years’ PQE ideally in global law firm, TMT field or fast-paced technology company
Independent, hands on at work with good organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
Good experience in handling corporate commercial matters
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Knowledge in Hong Kong / US listing and compliance is preferred but not a must
