What you will be doing
Lead the team in overall growth strategy and execution of initiatives to drive revenue, profitability and growth for the pandago vertical;
Oversee the team’s operations and ensure efficiency, quality, services and cost-effective management of resources;
Build and maintain strong network and relationship with local, regional and external stakeholders;
Manage P&L of the vertical, and play a significant role in long-term planning, including setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team;
Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Who you are
Bachelor’ Degree in a related subject. Masters’ Degree / MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in E-commerce / start up environment
Proven commercial and management experience. Experience in food & delivery, start-up, high tech, retail or ecommerce industry is a huge plus
Proven business process improvement experience
Perseverance and stamina
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial / budgeting processes
People oriented, self-motivated and with the ability to motivate others
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Start-up mindset highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
