Develop and plan marketing campaigns for member acquisition in all spectrums (ATL, BTL, PR, Events, Digital, Social media, Branding, joint promotion, SEO, SEM, UIUX website development & revamp)
Partner with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals and maximize business generation opportunities
Liaise and strategize with internal sales channels, servicing divisions and external partners from conceptualizing to implementing impactful marketing initiatives to achieve business goals
Execute and launch different marketing initiatives to achieve respective campaign performance target
Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement through online and offline campaigns
Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing to drive content creation and traffic
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in acquisition marketing, customer engagement, channel management preferably in financial service industry but not a must
Versatile in end-to-end acquisition campaign planning and management with hands-on ATL and BTL marketing knowledge and channel management skills
Strong business acumen with exceptional logical thinking, highly motivated and presentable
Strong knowledge of performance / digital marketing (SEM / Display / Paid Social and etc) and funnel-base direct marketing practice expected
Performance and KPIs driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally
Establish strong collaboration and connection across departments
Can work independently as well as a good team player striving for team success and win-win results
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and attentive to details
