PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC).

Apply if you are a supply chain and procurement sustainability professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience with supply chain sustainability, e.

g. within sustainability audit firms or multinational sustainability departments, preferably with experience with the consumer electronics or related industries.

We are seeking a talented individual to lead corporate sustainability (environmental, social and governance issues) in the RRP (Reduced Risk Products)

  • supply chain. You will :
  • Drive initiatives and results that meet enterprise goals across RRP within the purview of Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability.
  • Set results-oriented goals & objectives, identify metrics, measure progress, and deliver results through a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Coordinate assessments, capability building and audits to resolve sustainability issues in the supply chain, set goals and measure performance improvement.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across all areas of sustainability and develop innovative approaches for solving issues.
  • Communicate and articulate the sustainability strategies internally and to external partners to gain alignment and integrate sustainability into the day-to-day work of the organization.
  • Identify risks and areas of improvement and develop strategies and action plans.
  • Influence and drive strategic engagement & partnership with cross-functional leaders and peers to help integrate responsible sourcing in the way we do business.
  • Build strategic networks of relationships with external organizations including other brands, NGOs, consultants and international organizations to position PMI is leading the smoke-free future.
  • Use data, analytics and reporting to provide guidance to support business decisions and advise purchasing practices.
  • You can deliver results independently based in Hong Kong and should be available to travel in Asia and elsewhere. Who are we looking for :
  • Knowledge of global labour, health & safety regulations, and / or environmental regulations / issues.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management internally and to Sr. Management of vendor partners with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • To be successful in the role, you will need to display excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • You have strong project management skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • You have a university degree in Business Administration / Supply chain management / Procurement / Sustainability / Environmental Management or equivalent.
  • You are familiar with electronics industry like RBA practices, trend of supply chain sustainability.
  • Comfortable trying new things, motivating change and supporting creativity.
  • You should have track records to deal with different business partners and engagement with external parties to drive improvement of supply chain sustainability.
  • Working independently, flexibility, resiliency and nimbleness; comfortable working in grey areas that are constantly evolving.
