Provide secretarial and administrative support;
Be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, staff relations and performance management
Handle daily shop operation, such as shop maintenance, monitor the performance of the frontline staff, etc.
Assist in review, develop and implement various compensation and benefit programs, such as salaries, long-term and short-
term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, tax treatment of compensation programs, financial and proxy disclosure and analysis
Handle recruitment projects and select the right talent aligning business growth and needs
Support annual performance review and salary benchmarking
Assist in implementing staff training programs when necessary
Assist in HR policies and procedures review
Prepare periodic HR related analysis reports
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
3-5 years' Human Resources and Administrative experience is a must;
Mature, attentive to details, analytical minded and able to work under pressure;
Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills is a must;
