As HR Director you will partner with senior stakeholders, to strategise for their talent pipelines in addition to implementing an effective HR framework.
Key expectations of this role will involve you taking accountability for senior hire recruitment across the business, develop the capabilities of your team, as well as support and coach the leadership team and heads of department in dealing with all people related matters.
You will also play an influential role in providing knowledge and experience with respect to succession planning, engagement and team development which meet the specific needs of the business.
This is a position which demands you to possess an impressive intellect, exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong influence over senior executives.
Execution of strategies is a core component to the success of this role, as is your ability to be at the forefront of HR initiatives.
You will be a strong leader, have over 10 years industry experience within hospitality or F&B and a fluency in English.
