Officer, Customer Value Management

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for marketing campaign management, business report compilation, customer behavioral analysis and evaluation, channel analysis, as well as development and maintenance of propensity models.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Conduct customer segmentation and analysis to discover business opportunities
  • Compile MIS reports and customer analysis for the business units in retail banking
  • Develop and maintain propensity models for targeted marketing activities
  • Work closely with product and marketing team to conduct marketing campaign including campaign design, target customer selection, post-campaign evaluation
  • To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

  • University graduate major in statistics, quantitative analysis, information systems or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years MIS experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience in campaign management, data analysis, data mining and other analytical techniques
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in SAS programming is preferred
