Senior Manager, Customer Information Maintenance

Reporting to the Head of General Banking Support of Operations Division, you will supervise a team in providing timely and qualified customer information maintenance services to customers, including all account and customer maintenance works, credit card application processing, account investigation, audit confirmation document imaging and document retrieval works.

Main Responsibilities :

Ensure all deliverables of the department are in compliance with related policies, procedural manuals and terminal guidelines and meet all the committed service standards

Coach and supervise all the teams of the department; act as a backup checker, if necessary

Review and streamline operations flow and processes; review and revise departmental procedures and policies on a regular basis

Evaluate and mitigate operational risks in all processes handled by the department

Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets and operational risk reports of the department

Manage all the projects of the department

Plan and execute departmental improvement initiative

Requirements :

  • To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :
  • Degree holder in Finance, Banking, Economics or related disciplines

    Over 7 years of related banking experience, of which at least 5 years in supervisory level

    Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills

    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
