  • Monitor digital marketing / social media budget and ensure that the marketing programmes to be implemented within approved budget
  • Deliver quality services to internal customers and develop good working relationships with them
  • Present the ideas / information provided by business units including product offers, programme logistics and terms & conditions in a clear, objective, accurate and organized manner
  • Ensure that marketing materials related to promotional programmes can be accessed by customers via suitable channels
  • Execute digital marketing programmes smoothly and effectively, and be able to meet the timeline
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
  • Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably major in Marketing / e-commerce or relevant discipline; OR
  • Preferably over 5 years’ working experience gained in digital agency or banking / finance sector with proven track record in digital marketing campaign management
  • Sound knowledge and skills in digital marketing campaign execution
  • Sound knowledge in bank products and services
  • Effective project management and campaign management skills
  • Good marketing sense, creative, analytical, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
