Job description :

  • Dealing with customer’s acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Manage, train and guide the call center sales team.
  • Create and revise sales and service models.
  • Set the call center sales and service targets, and create a plan to achieve these.
  • Create and improve processes and procedures.
  • Fluent report to the company’s top management.
  • Job requirements :

  • Call center management experience - MUST.
  • Call center sales experience - MUST
  • High level of Mandarin, both spoken and written MUST.
  • Previous experience working with customer’s acquisition, conversion and retention MUST
  • Previous experience in the online financial market (online securities firm) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the online financial market disciplines and financial products.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to motivate and manage other employees.
  • Able to achieve goals in determined period of times.
  • Team player.
  • Strong organization and business skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, XL, Power point, etc).
  • Credibility.
