In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring andreporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliverstrong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people andinfrastructure.
To perform phone dunning to delinquent customers
To understand customers’ financialdifficulties and negotiate with customers on repayment arrangement
To resolve customer’s enquiries andcomplaints
To comply with the Bank’s and regulatoryrequirements on risk and control
Perform auto-dialer calling and manual dunning
Understand debtors’ financial issues and negotiate with themon repayment arrangement
Achievethe KPI established for collection calling
Provide best customer Service
Ensure all operation processes are compliedwith internal and external guidelines and requirements
Minimum5 year’s collection experience in Consumer Credit Collection / Customer Service
Universitygraduate or equivalent OR
Secondaryeducation plus 5 years or above experience on consumer banking
Goodcommunication and negotiation skills
Ableto handle and solve complaints
GoodPC Knowledge : Excel, Word
Customerexpectation management and conflict resolution
Ableto express oneself in a clear manner
