Furthermore, you will have an opportunity to work together with other internal stakeholders from multiple local geographic markets as well group level subject matter experts.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop the enterprise wide corporate communication strategy with the Group Comms Director
  • Establish and operate the Business Partnering Model with key corporate functions
  • Project-manage and execute the delivery of communication services to the corporate functions
  • Editorial management produce, write, and edit outstanding content on AIA’s narratives and key messages across traditional and digital channels and through digital mediums
  • Implement the Group-wide communications operating model and operating rhythm
  • Ensure strategic alignment between Group Comms and communications teams across AIA’s 18 markets, collaborating on joint campaigns and announcements and mitigation of issues
  • Manage the Group Comms policies and protocols
  • Establish performance measurement and reporting for the Group Comms function
  • Support the Group Comms Director on budgets, vendor management and people development
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Superior strategic communications skills including capability and experience in development of detailed communication plans and strategies
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent influencing, co-ordination, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, in order to deliver a Company-wide coordinated approach to communication
  • Proven ability to understand and lead the execution of a company-level strategic agenda by translating this into a plan with a view to successfully positioning a large global organisation
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and to display a strong internal and external client service orientation, backed with technical knowledge and practical experience in Corporate Affairs
  • A collaborative and team-orientated approach, able to generate the confidence and support of people from a range of different business areas
