Job Description :

  • Handle phone enquiries
  • Assist with customers’ membership, hotel bookings and transactions
  • Handle reservation related enquiries
  • Solve customers' complaints and enquiries
  • Job Requirement :

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • English with Level 2 or above in HKDSE / HKCEE
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
