Manulife HK is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to join the team to drive recruitment for the Hong Kong Insurance business.
This is a senior and critical role in the team, playing a key responsibility in helping the Insurance Division maintain its strong business results and achieve its strategic objectives by identifying and hiring strong talent to the firm.

We are looking for someone with :
University degree qualified
At least 7-10 years of recruiting experience (candidates with a blend of in-house and agency experience are preferred)
Able to lead recruitment process improvement projects with excellent project management skill
Strong direct sourcing skills with experience in using alternative sourcing methods, with a focus on social media and networking tools
Level of positions sourced includes senior level and technical positions
Ability to consult with internal and external clients and provide business solutions while managing multiple and shifting priorities
Organized and detail oriented with a pro-active approach
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skill
Exceptional communication skills and able to articulate verbal skills in addition to effective written communication required including intermediate Excel and PowerPoint capability
Customer centric attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
On the job you will :
Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires
Assess candidates using behavioural based interviewing in order to ensure top quality talent is selected
Coach hiring managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria
Coach and provide direction to other talent acquisition specialist as required
Stay current on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and professional associations
Partner with management in the proactive sourcing of talent for critical skill areas in order to build a talent pipeline
Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, both passive and active
Internally market our services to employees and managers, promoting our value add and expertise
Drive the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate
Ensure all staffing processes are fair and equitable and comply with all relevant government regulations
Manage and / or participate in projects as needed
