Responsibilities

Provide oversight of RDC-Hong Kong daily work and delivery, requirements and resource allocation

Lead the team to collaborate with regional teams in Singapore, Malaysia and Mainland China for project and solution delivery.

Responsible for high quality and timely delivery of RDC-Hong Kong

Responsible for the daily operations at RDC-Hong Kong, including hiring, leave management, financials, administrative work

Responsible for the performance management of all RDC-Hong Kong staff

Lead the team to complete development and delivery of systems, and ensure that codes are checked and managed in accordance with Group standards, as well as provide application support

Responsible for the management of development tools, development processes and stakeholder management in RDC-Hong Kong

Responsible for the regulatory and risk compliance, in accordance with Group and Hong Kong requirements.

Requirements

University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science related fields.

Displayed strong leadership ability, analytic skills, and communications skills

Ability to work in cross cultural environments, and fluent in both English & Chinese

Experience in delivering systems in Banking / Finance space

Experience in leading high performance engineering teams

Software development experience is preferred
