Oversight of Project Managers from a Program perspective to ensure compliance with account standards, training of CBRE variable staff to ensure adoption of systems / tools.
Work closely with Project Managers to establish communication procedures and filing systems for projects and set up appropriate tracking of necessary approvals.
Project Outcome Accountability
Provide strategic level guidance and act as a point of escalation for all projects in region.
Ensure all parties understand account goals prior to start of project and monitor for compliance to standards and processes specifically to manage key milestone deliverables.
Ensure active Risk Management and Risk Schedule creation are applied to projects.
Participate in performance review / QBR meetings with client.
Track value creation / cost savings provided to client.
