We’re looking for a diligent, detail-minded payroll specialist to join the Human Resources team. Responsibilities :
Manage the end to end payroll process for Hong Kong and other overseas entities.
Oversee preparation and review payroll reports and related information prepared for approval.
Act as a primary point of contact for staff enquiries regarding payroll matters.
Support the wider team with the full spectrum of people operations and reward tasks, including but not limited to employee lifecycle administration, absence management, retirement plan administration and annual tax filing.
Assist with share award scheme administration, including the processing of buy-outs and equity awards.
Maintain active and efficient communication within HR teams and other external stakeholders and vendors.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements of the ideal candidate :
University graduate, with at least four years of experience as a technical specialist in the payroll and people operations fields.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related disciplines preferred, but not essential.
Experience using Oracle HR systems is preferable, but not essential.
Tri-lingual in Putonghua, Cantonese and English is desired, with good attention to detail in both written and oral communications.
A thirst for knowledge and the intellectual curiosity to work across a range of projects and teams.
