You are responsible for
Directing service teams to provide professional technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites.
Leading the resolution of customer concerns / complaints and developing customer success strategies.
Ensuring adequate records and systems are maintained.
Maintaining communication with internal parties including Sales, Solutions and Consultant team in resolving technical problems.
Selecting, developing and evaluating team member regularly to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Acting as experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization, able to solve the critical requirements from customers.
Resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways with complete knowledge of company products and services.
Frequently interacting with service teams, customers, and functional peer group managers to ensure alignment with Company direction and strategy in customer service area.
You are a part of
Key talent under Services & Solutions Delivery to manage customer’s requirements, in order to achieve customer satisfaction aims to increase advocacy, customer retention and expansion of Philips solutions as well as ensuring success with multiple Philips products / solutions.
You will base in Hong Kong office and direct report to Services & Solutions Delivery Leader, Greater China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 12 years working experience in related service role with people management tasks, from healthcare and medical device industry highly preferred.
Customer focused with excellent communications skills
Solid Leadership skills and able to work under pressure
In-depth knowledge and experience on related medical device products
Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin oral)
Deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal and external
