Main Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operation of Help Desk and Desktop services to ensure a stable and secured infrastructure environment is maintained
  • Maintain a stable environment for the Desktop and OA devices and ensure the patches are deployed per schedule.
  • Provide technical solution on hardware, system software and security for business and infrastructure projects and arrangement of resources to support their development, testing and rollout.
  • Design desk side infrastructure and architecture per business strategy. Assist in IT planning and devising policy / process standard
  • Oversee to fulfil regulatory and audit and internal control requirement
  • Improve the productivity and reduce system administration overhead by using innovative technology
  • Ensure HW and SW are covered by Maintenance Agreement by initiate the review, price negotiation and vendor coordination.
  • Derive the cost allocation of some IT service and maintenance
  • Provide on-call standby support during non-office hours
  • DisplayQualifications("- Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines

  • CISSP / CISA, ITIL, MCSE or PMP certification is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Desktop / Help Desk, preferably gained in banking or finance industry
  • Proven project management experience in enterprise systems
  • Management or design experience in Desktop, Office / Outlook, File & Print, SQL, IE
  • Knowledge in Teller Platform, Check Imaging System, Securities, Online Banking and FX Trading System, Video wall, - Videoconferencing and Trading Room support
  • Reasonable knowledge on DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP / IP, firewall, proxy
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with good team spirit
  • Good negotiation, vendor management and influential skill
  • Able to work independently under pressure Requirements : - Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
