Responsibilities :

  • Assist in handling all-rounded Human Resources functions
  • Provide support in daily office administration activities, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance and contract renewal of office equipment, insurance, renovation & relocation etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5years experience in HR & office administration
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
